I have published estimated
freelance rates, however I tailor my packages to my clients, and each rate is worked out on a individual basis to ensure affordability and quality of service. For example if the work is for a voluntary organisation, a charity or a start up, or even for personal use, I will work with you to a budget you can afford. You can see my general published rates, however I recommend you contact me for a full quotation specific to your needs.

I work closely with other freelancers to be able to offer a more complete service. These additional services are used to complement the services I offer and would always be inclusive of any agreed rate. Additional marketing and communications skills may be required for items such as website development, document creation or marketing item design. I am a highly experienced and enthusiastic communications and publishing professional. I have worked in the not-for-profit sector (voluntary and education sectors) for nearly 10 years. My particular expertise is in developing and delivering communications strategies that pull together the range of communication methods and channels, including marketing activity, necessary to get your message across, as well as working with partners and agencies to deliver specific activity. I have a solid background in copywriting, website management and content editing, writing and publishing newsletters, and publication project management. I am also keen to make best use of emerging technologies and communication methods alongside the traditional, especially in order to reach new audiences

- Copywriting - I can produce excellent content to your brief that meets your needs, including researching subject areas where necessary.
- Proofreading and copyediting - I can proofread any document for typographical errors, or offer a copyediting service beyond proofreading by reading through manuscripts, checking for consistency in written style, and ensuring content is clearly written and appropriate for its audience.
- Press and PR Work - I can write and distribute press releases and develop a media plan, as well as work with you to develop media responses and statements.
- Developing online and print advertisement/marketing materials, including booking space – working with Naomi in design, I can create ads for online and print to market products or services, and research and place ads in relevant media.
- Brand development and management – working with Naomi in design I can advise on developing a unique brand for a business, product or service and implement it throughout a business.
- Communications planning and strategy development – I can develop a plan and provide templates to ensure that any number of items can be promoted in a clear fashion, to relevant audiences, using appropriate channels and key messages, all with the call to action you want.
