I have published estimated
freelance rates, however I tailor my packages to my clients, and each rate is worked out on a individual basis to ensure affordability and quality of service. For example if the work is for a voluntary organisation, a charity or a start up, or even for personal use, I will work with you to a budget you can afford. You can see my general published rates, however I recommend you contact me for a full quotation specific to your needs.

I understand that working with individuals, start up businesses and small
businesses that cash flow can sometimes be tight. Therefore I am happy to
discuss payment terms with you to find a payment method to suit you
invoicing terms
Upon completion of work, or of each agreed stage of work (depending on the
size of the project), I provide my clients with a detailed invoice. If the job
is charged on an hourly basis, the invoice is provided alongside a detailed
timesheet. My standard invoicing terms are 14 days from receipt of invoice. Any
changes to these terms will be mentioned on the invoice.
I do not charge VAT on any of my freelance work.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to pay an invoice immediately,
please contact me so that we can discuss this and arrange a payment method that
suits both parties. Should payment not be received within the requested time
period, and should I not hear from you I will have no choice but to file a claim
against you through the Courts.
