The Environment and Green Issues
I recognise that my activities have an impact on the environment and even though I am an individual, I do realise that I can still do my part to help the environment. Here is what I do:
recycle office consumables (such as toner cartridges and mobile phones) wherever possible
collect used postage stamps for charity
use less water by having a half flush sytem on the toilet
use recycled paper when possible
shred all documents and then place in the recyling bin
separate plastic from paper waste
work with environmentally like-minded clients and suppliers
only print draft paperwork if completely necessary, and where necessary, print two per page to reduce ink and paper
read emails on the computer screen and avoid printing to review
