I have published estimated
freelance rates, however I tailor my packages to my clients, and each rate is worked out on a individual basis to ensure affordability and quality of service. For example if the work is for a voluntary organisation, a charity or a start up, or even for personal use, I will work with you to a budget you can afford. MailMerge User Guide
I created a basic guide for a team of secretaries to use which showed them (with screen pictures) step by step on how to go through the MailMerge process in relation to the specific tasks that were required by them on a somewhat ad hoc basis. It was requested as the MailMerge tasks were so ad hoc that the secretaries would forget the process between requirements. This guide helped increase the productivity of the team by 10% because they had a source by which to refer rather than having to stop work and find someone to help them.

Secretarial Recruitment Tasks
Following a number of recruitments which didn't work out, I was tasked with finding a way to test secretaries before interview stage in order to determine their suitability for the role and to establish their ability. I created a number of small tasks, based on the role and these were completed by any candidates prior to interviewing. Three secretaries have been recruited into the same team using my recruitment method, and all three secretaries still remain with the company, in the team in 2009.
